At BETARA, we produce organic sheep's milk. And we make, mature and refine artisanal cheeses and organic cheeses, with the characteristics of Lluçanès that gives them a flavor and quality very characteristic of our area.
One of our main goals is to offer the highest quality in all products. In this line, we have implemented a Quality Management System based on UNE EN ISO 9001: 2015 reference standards and a Food Safety System in the IFS Food 6.1 standard.
Within this business policy, the Management undertakes to ensure the quality, safety and authenticity of the products marketed in order to:
· Give the customer a quality product, ensuring the correct production guidelines.
· Guarantee compliance with the requirements of our customers, take into account their expectations, monitor and control their satisfaction and possible specifications.
· The management of the company is defined to work in a sustainable way, respecting the environment as much as possible, promoting recycling and energy saving measures.
· Comply with legal requirements, product safety, quality, processes and specifications; as well as other requirements that the organization subscribes to.
· Maintain up-to-date training of workers in order to improve their skills in the workplace and achieve a higher level of knowledge on issues of their competence, risk prevention, environmental protection and quality and food safety.
· Involve the staff of the organization in quality activities and seek continuous improvement.
· The company commits its work experience in the sector and its resources, especially human, to guarantee this Quality and Food Safety Policy, and any other requirements that are subscribed related to quality, the environment and the food safety.
Through the development of these actions, BETARA, SL undertakes that all the activities of the company are carried out in accordance with legal and ethical rules and codes, as well as promoting compliance between its suppliers and customers.
In addition, in order to ensure that this Quality and Food Safety Policy is complied with, the Management undertakes to review it periodically to adapt it to regulatory changes in the environment, to ensure its effectiveness and permanent reference point of the organization.
